The Oleum Restaurant was created in summer 2007 and is located in a room featuring a century old olive oil press. El Gazebo is the informal restaurant open during summer months; located nearby the pool, it offers a panoramic view over the island, overlooking the valley of Puigpunyent. The atmosphere is relaxed and unpretentious with cuisine being the showpiece of any visit.

The 30 metre-long swimming pool is surrounded by individual cabañas for private relaxation and overlooks the village of Puigpunyent and the surrounding mountains.

Art lovers will enjoy the remarkable collection of modern paintings in the hotel with original works by artists such a Marc Chagall, Frank Stella, David Hockney, Andy Warhol and others. In the evening, the sunset illuminates the Galatzó Mountain with a dazzling range of colors and shades.
